Ismertető szöveg: The memorial commemorates Kúnó Klebelsberg (1875-1932), a Hungarian priest and politician, especially an influential Minister of Culture after the post WWI period. The three-figured statue, work of Jenő Grantner (1907-1983), originally was erected in 1939, at Eskü tér (today known as Március 15-e tér), but was heavily injured during World War II and removed completely. The two side figures were displayed as "Science and Art" in Ady-liget from 1960. (I guess, she represented "Art".) They are original, though restored, while the main figure had been re-sculpted by Kálmán Tóth when it was erected again between Szt. Imre Secondary School and Szt. Imre Church at Villányi út, in 2001.
